This page is only guidance. It does not create support tickets, collect form submissions, send outreach, onboard providers, or change CivicPal support routing.

Helpful to include

Public-safe context for support review.

  • The public route you were reviewing, such as /food, /support, /privacy, or /trust.
  • A short description of what looked wrong or confusing.
  • Browser and device context when it helps review layout or access issues.
  • A screenshot only if it contains no account details, exact locations, or sensitive service information.

Do not include

Keep support notes non-identifying.

  • Private account details, request links, or one-time access values.
  • Exact home, delivery, or service addresses.
  • Recipient identity, household details, or sensitive food-access specifics.
  • Provider dashboard values, AWS registration details, secrets, or private environment values.

Support handoff

Use only the approved public mailbox for review notes.
