Use these answers for review-safe public sharing.
What is safe for partners to share?
Partners may share public CivicPal routes such as the food support entry, community page, trust page, support checklist, and partner sharing checklist.
Can partners collect names, addresses, or phone numbers for CivicPal?
No. CivicPal partner sharing remains digital-only and non-identifying. Partners should not collect private account values, request links, exact locations, household details, or contact details for public sharing.
Where should support questions go?
Use the public support mailbox at [email protected]. Do not post screenshots or notes with private account, location, or request details.
Does this page approve providers or start operations?
No. Provider onboarding, live messaging, dispatch, fulfillment, payments, payouts, eligibility decisions, and production identity activation remain approval-gated.
